  1. How do I submit the journal?

The author needs to submit the manuscript via EMS – Editorial Management System. Editorial support staffs shall acknowledge the receipt of the manuscript within 24 hours.

  1. How much it takes to get the first response after submission?

First response to the authors may be given within 3 to 5 days from the date of the submission.

  1. How much time it takes to complete a review process?

Every manuscript undergoes step by step review. The first step will be plagiarism check. After that the manuscript is handed over to the reviewers to evaluate the manuscript. Recommendation and comments from the reviewers will be given to authors. Entire process takes not more than 7 days.

  1. Is it possible to correct experimental data after submission of the manuscript?

Yes

  1. How do I correct experimental data after submission?

Talk to the reviewers either through mail or over phone. Mention the changes and resubmit the manuscript within 3 days.

  1. I haven’t received response from IJASI even after 30 days from the date of submission.

Depending on your personal spam filter settings it is possible that the notification email may be directed to your spam folder rather than your inbox. If this is not the case, we request you to escalate the issue to journalijasi@gmail.com. You shall be informed on the status within 24 hours.

7. Should I submit copyright form along with the manuscript?

Copyright form should be submitted only after the acceptance of the paper

8. Can I publish conference proceedings in IJASI?

Yes it is allowed to publish conference proceedings in IJASI

9. What is the format for publishing conference proceedings?

IJASI follows the same template as it is there for papers submitted directly to IJASI.
